B-MOVED Yoga will be offering new fitness classes at a new location!

Check this page regularly for FREE B-MOVED Yoga sample classes which will be held at Union Bank & Trust Meeting Room. 

Stretch and Tone: This is a beginner class for the new yogi. You will be introduced to basic yoga breathing techniques, learn basic poses and stretches, and practice the art of relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This intermediate level class can be modified to suit most levels of fitness. At a minimum, you must be able to move from standing to seated positions unassisted. A combination of standing, seated, and lying down poses (both supine and prone) may be included in our yoga practice. Each class is unique, and designed with appropriate music and cues.   

TaeYoga: This class is divided into two distinct segements; A high-energy aerobic kickboxing-style workout, followed by strength and endurance building yoga poses. The last several minutes will be spent stretching and relaxing.

PowerFit Yoga: This class is designed for the seasoned athlete seeking a new challenge. We will begin with a fast-paced warm up to get your blood pumping, then move into a dynamic blend of plyometric movements paired with strength and endurance building yoga poses. Core strength challenges will follow, and we'll finish up with a short stretch and relax phase.

Class consists of a warm up, a work phase, and a stretching/relaxation phase. 

Class is informal, but excessive talking is discouraged. 

Participants are encouraged to ask questions and seek feedback.

We practice in a non-judgmental manner, free from competition and expectations.
