How to Begin? Yoga may seem both intriguing and intimidating to you.
There are some items you may want to consider acquiring in order to make your yoga experience more comfortable:
Mat (required), preferably a ‘sticky’ mat.
Yoga block.
Strap.
Towel.
Bolster/Pillow.
These tips can further enhance your yoga experience:
Avoid eating before practicing.
Go barefoot!
Ask questions.
Wear comfortable clothing, not too tight, but also not too loose.
Take a break when your body tells you it’s time.
Drink plenty of water after practicing.
Be in the moment.
